Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying target areas for prospective business and pre-screening customer segments in accordance with organizational norms. - Ensuring the number of logins along with disbursements to meet set targets. - Proactively understanding customer needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and cross-selling multiple products based on requirements. - Executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. - Building strong client relationships internally and externally, fostering a strong brand identification with potential customers. - Empanelling vendors and developing relationships with new vendors. - Establishing robust distribution channels to enhance business reach. - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain a high standard of operational integrity.
