The ideal candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline with a keen focus on achieving business targets through acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will be responsible for identifying target areas for prospective business and pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms. Your main goal will be to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. In this role, you will need to ensure the number of logins along with disbursement and execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships both internally and externally will be crucial, along with creating a strong brand identification with potential customers. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and establish robust distribution channels. Compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations is a key aspect of this role. Your ability to meet business targets, understand customer needs, and build strong relationships will be essential for success in this position.,
