You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to the organization's norms. It will be your responsibility to ensure the number of logins along with disbursement and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. Your role will also involve executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships, both internally and externally, and establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and build strong distribution channels. Compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations is essential in this role to ensure operational adherence and legal requirements are met.,
