You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to the organization's norms. Your main focus will be on ensuring the number of logins along with disbursements and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. To promote the TCFSL brand, you will need to execute sales promotion activities and build customer interest. Building strong client relationships both internally and externally will be essential, along with establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers. Vendor empanelment and developing relationships with new vendors will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to develop strong distribution channels and ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the integrity of the business operations.,
