As a candidate for this role, your main responsibility will be achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments as per the organization norms. It will be crucial to ensure the number of logins along with disbursement and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products. Sales promotion activities will also be part of your tasks to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Your role will also involve building strong client relationships both internally and externally, as well as creating a strong brand identification with potential customers. Vendor empanelment and developing relationships with new vendors will be essential. You will need to focus on developing strong distribution channels and ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.
