As a successful candidate for the role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets through acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your primary tasks will include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments, ensuring a high number of logins and disbursements, and proactively understanding customer needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to cross-sell multiple products as per customer requirements and execute sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships, both internally and externally, and establishing a robust brand identification with potential customers will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be tasked with ensuring vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and establishing strong distribution channels. Compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations will be essential to ensure the smooth operation of business activities. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a graduate degree in any discipline and demonstrate a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management.
