As a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator in the logistics and courier industries, your role involves supporting the sales team, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably within the logistics, courier, or transportation industry. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage customer accounts and build strong relationships. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and logistics management software. - Knowledge of logistics, courier services, and supply chain management is advantageous. - Capable of working well under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
