Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats professionally
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Provide product/service information and support to customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams when required
  • Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards

Required Skills

Technical / Functional:

  • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools

Communication:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with customers professionally

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
