Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Customer Support Representative to help our customers. You’ll answer questions, solve basic technical issues , and make sure customers have a good experience with us. Responsibilities: Talk to customers through phone, email, or chat. Help with questions and solve problems. Give correct information about our products or services. Keep a record of customer issues and solutions. Pass on tough problems to the technical team if needed. Learn about our products and updates regularly. Requirements: B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, or similar. Only Graduations person should apply Basic technical knowledge (computer, internet, software, etc.). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Freshers can apply. Basic Execl Friendly, patient, and positive attitude. Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, browsers). Able to work well in a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
