Help with questions and solve problems. Give correct information about our products or services. Keep a record of customer issues and solutions. Pass on tough problems to the technical team if needed. Learn about our products and updates regularly. Requirements: B.Com, BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, or similar. Only Graduations person should apply Basic technical knowledge (computer, internet, software, etc.). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Freshers can apply. Basic Execl Friendly, patient, and positive attitude. Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, browsers). Able to work well in a team.
