Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent at this company, your role involves responding to customer queries over the phone and email. You will provide support and resolution to existing and new queries regarding the services provided by the client. Your contribution is crucial in enhancing the customer experience by delivering fast, friendly, and effective service with accurate and personalized solutions to customer inquiries from around the world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls - Address customer complaints, research issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes, and ensure resolution through follow-up - Escalate customer service issues when necessary - Accurately update and process information in case management systems and spreadsheets - Support other teams in resolving complex issues - Communicate clearly and effectively in English during phone and email interactions with customers worldwide - Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Demonstrate a high level of personal and professional integrity in customer interactions, treating all customers with empathy, respect, and consideration - Foster teamwork by collaborating, trusting, and engaging in constructive conversations for the benefit of the group - Perform non-phone tasks such as mailing, printing, copying, filing, report preparation, and job aids as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication - Strong skills in phone contact handling, email writing, and active listening - Effective problem-solving abilities - Professional and courteous communication in speaking and writing - Analytical skills to interpret data and diagnose issues - Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems for diagnosis, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently - Capability to engage with customers at all levels - Proficiency in handling and resolving complex customer calls - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint You must hold a graduation degree as a minimum qualification, and previous experience is preferred. The role involves working in UK Shifts on a rotational basis. Your role as a Customer Support Agent is essential in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,
