Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately. Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers. Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer service database. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
