Customer Service Executive – Italian Language

• Location: Delhi & Gurgaon (Relocation support available)
• Salary: Up to ₹11.5 LPA
• Shift: Rotational | Both-side cab facility

Eligibility:

• Graduate (any stream)
• Proficiency in Italian language (Certification preferred)
• Prior experience in Customer Service OR willingness to work in a CSE role

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions in Italian (calls/emails/chat)
• Provide accurate resolutions & maintain high customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and follow process guidelines
