1. Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain records of interactions.
  • Support in improving service processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).
  • Prior customer support experience is a plus.

2. Telecaller

Job Summary:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, provide information about products/services, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make calls as per lead lists and update call records.
  • Explain products/services and answer queries.
  • Generate leads and pass them to sales.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Clear and confident communication.
  • Target-oriented and persuasive.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience preferred but not mandatory.

3. Junior Advocate

Job Summary:
Assist senior lawyers in legal research, drafting documents, and court preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
