Customer Service Representative

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing customer service through various channels like chats and emails. Your main tasks will include answering incoming chats and emails, contacting customers, vendors, and partners as needed, identifying the root cause of customer issues, interacting with customers to resolve problems, meeting individual and team performance targets, maintaining proficiency in supported products and platforms, staying updated on policies and procedures, and communicating with team members and leaders regarding solutions and trends. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customer service through chats and emails - Answer incoming chats and emails - Contact customers, vendors, partners, or any other party when required - Identify the root cause of customer cases and resolve them through chat and email interactions - Meet established individual and team performance targets - Maintain proficiency in supported products and platforms - Stay updated on policies, procedures, and products - Communicate with team leaders, team members, and other teams regarding issues, solutions, and trends Qualifications Required: - Graduates with a minimum of 1 year experience in international chat support - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong command of grammar and syntax - Willingness to work in Sector 135, Noida office location - Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts/week offs Additional Details: - Annual package: 3.4 LPA - Free cab facilities (both sides) - Medicare facility for free online consultations with doctors - Performance-based variables - Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund Note: This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for candidates with experience in international chat support.
