Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly, both in-person and over the phone
• Manage patient appointments, schedules, and follow-ups
• Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
• Maintain patient records and ensure smooth front-desk operations
• Assist in administrative tasks, billing, and payment handling
• Coordinate with the physiotherapy team to ensure seamless patient flow
• Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner

Skills & Qualifications

• Good command over English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, appointment booking software)
• Professional appearance and pleasant personality
• Previous receptionist or front-desk experience preferred (but freshers with the right attitude are welcome)
