Key Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries: Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or other channels. Resolve customer issues: Identify the root cause of customer problems and work efficiently to find solutions. Handle customer complaints: Listen attentively to customer concerns, understand their perspective, and work towards a resolution. Provide product/service information: Offer accurate and detailed information about the company's offerings. Process orders and transactions: Handle customer orders, payments, and account information accurately and efficiently. Maintain customer records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Escalate issues: Direct complex or sensitive issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary. Upsell and cross-sell: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to customers. Contribute to team goals: Work collaboratively with other customer service representatives and departments to achieve team objectives.
