Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Delhi, India. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing support and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer experience. The role involves active communication with customers, resolving their issues, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
