We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team.

A. Job Purpose:

To act as the primary point of contact between a company and its customers, ensuring that customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly, effectively, and with a high level of professionalism.

B. Job Descriptions:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

• Introduce our products/services to customers and explain their benefits.

• Effectively communicate the features, pricing, and offers related to our offerings.

• Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Handle objections and address customer queries in a professional and informative manner.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule appointments or follow-ups with interested prospects.

• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to provide accurate information to customers.

• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Experience required : 1-3 yrs as Telecaller

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
