Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new drivers by reviewing and processing documentation, ensuring compliance, and addressing any inquiries they may have during the application process. Key Responsibilities: - Process and validate driver applications, conduct background checks, and handle necessary documentation. - Ensure that all driver submissions adhere to RidenRoll's onboarding standards. - Address incoming driver queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat. - Offer clear and precise information about the onboarding process, program requirements, and account-related concerns. - Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and update statuses in our internal systems. - Collaborate with various departments to address escalated issues and enhance onboarding procedures. Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or document processing. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate sensitive information. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems, email platforms, and other standard office tools. - Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Friendly, patient, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Preferred: - Prior experience in transportation, gig economy, or driver onboarding support is advantageous. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant plus.
