Customer Service Representative

Role Objectives

• Deliver excellent customer service by handling queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.

Core Deliverables

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries and support needs.
• Record, track, and update call logs in CRM/system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups until resolution of client concerns.
• Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring professional and empathetic communication.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required.

Skills Required

Mandatory:

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal & client-handling skills
• Active listening and problem-solving ability

Preferred (Add-on):

• Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in customer support, telecalling, or client servicing

Experience

• Hands-on: Minimum 1 year in customer service / telecalling / client-facing role
• Total Industry: 1–2 years
• Domain: Customer Service / Telecaller / Client Handling background preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
