Customer Service Representative

The Candidates are expected to: -

-Be Presentable and Polite in nature.

-Welcome Guests and solve their queries.

-Good at Communication.

-Come up with new ideas to boost sales.

-Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints

-Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise

-Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs

-Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary

-Maintain all reports of your assigned department

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
