Customer Service & Operations Credit Delivery Manager

Role Overview: Join us as a Customer Service & Operations Credit Delivery Team Manager in India. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering positive customer and business outcomes by providing subject matter expertise in various capacities. You will analyze, assess, and deliver projects, change initiatives, and regulatory changes affecting systems, processes, customer experiences, and propositions. Your role will involve managing complex stakeholder relationships internally and externally to ensure delivery aligns with operational requirements and meets customer and business needs. This role is being offered at the associate level. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expertise in regulatory, system, process, product, or customer proposition impacts on various operations - Analyze changes to the business operating model and recommend approaches to ensure successful deployment of system changes - Review credit documentation, including loan applications, disclosures, and credit evaluations - Support technology partners in driving system improvements and resolving defects and incidents - Assist in producing policy-related credit products and management information to meet assurance and compliance objectives - Provide knowledge to the team for designing architecture, business processes, tech, and data solutions - Act as an internal consultant to enhance standards, processes, and controls effectiveness Qualifications Required: - Leadership experience in credit operations - Knowledge of best practices, processes, and emerging credit ops thinking - Understanding of credit operations, process management, and products - Ability to develop business and technical architectures - Knowledge of technology governance - Familiarity with internal and external regulatory frameworks,
