Core Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and empathetically
  • Provide detailed product or service information
  • Document customer interactions using CRM systems

Relationship Management

  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle feedback and reviews, both positive and negative
  • Build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
