Customer Service Officer

**Job Description** You will be responsible for managing production orders and providing customer support in this role. **Key Responsibilities** - **Production Order Management:** - Track and process incoming production orders. - Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. - Monitor raw material inventory and liaise with suppliers. - Keep order statuses updated and communicate timelines with customers. - Upload and share photos of finished products with customers before dispatch. - **Customer Support:** - Respond to inquiries about orders, production timelines, and product availability. - Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on customer needs and provide feedback. - Generate and track invoices accurately. **Qualifications Experience** - Prior coordination or operations experience preferred. **Skills** - Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems. **Attributes** - Customer-focused, adaptable, and detail-oriented. - Comfortable handling sensitive financial and customer data.
