Job Description

We are looking for someone with good communication skills and okay with sales and operations. Key responsibilities: 1.Morning Opening Duties: Ensure gym cleanliness, readiness, and equipment functionality. 2.Member Engagement: Welcome early members, assist with check-ins, answer queries. 3.Sales & Renewals: Conduct gym tours for walk-ins, follow up on potential memberships. 4.Admin & CRM Updates: Process renewals, cancellations, and track inquiries. 5.Peak Hour Management: Handle member queries, facility concerns, and escalations. 6.Closing Duties: Ensure facility cleanliness, safety checks, and closing procedures Additional information - Age: 18+ - Experience: 0-2 years in customer service (preferably in fitness, hospitality, or retail) - Personality: Friendly, energetic, problem-solver, and great at multitasking - Key Strengths: Communication, conflict resolution, and tech-savvy (CRM systems) - Career Goals: Progress into a managerial/operations role
