Customer Service International Voice & Sales

Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Telus Digital, you will be responsible for performing outbound calling to new and existing wireline residential customers. Your role will involve offering telecommunications products and services, building strong customer relationships, and recommending product selections based on their needs. You will utilize a solution-based selling approach to overcome customer objections by actively listening, understanding, probing, and recommending suitable solutions. Additionally, you will be required to navigate through multiple systems and tools while interacting with customers, process customer orders ensuring accuracy and completion, and actively participate in continuous training sessions to enhance your skills and share best practices.
