Job Description: Customer Service Agents - International Voice Proces Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduates with minimum 1 year of experience with International voice process Age: 18 to 45 years Communication: Must have excellent spoken English skills Shift & Availability: o Willing to work in night shifts (24/7 rotational shifts) Must be comfortable with 2 rotational weekly offs Location Preference: Pune Salary Range: 30,000 to 40,000 per month (based on profile and experience) Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers Should have experience with International voice process.
