🔧 We're Hiring: Sr. Engineer / Engineer – Customer Service (Installation, Commissioning & O&M)
📍 Location: Savli, Vadodara (for reporting)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Installation & Commissioning:
- Supervise erection and commissioning of boilers, turbines, conveyors, cooling towers, and auxiliary systems
- Interpret plant layouts, P&IDs, and schematic diagrams
- Coordinate with project, client, and subcontractor teams
- Guide testing, trial runs, and resolve start-up issues
🔹 Operations & Maintenance:
- Lead day-to-day O&M of biomass boilers, turbines, CHP/AHP systems, and utilities
- Manage biomass and ash handling systems
- Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly O&M reports and downtime analysis
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental norms
🔹 Requirements:
4–8 yrs in biomass/thermal power plants
