Job Description

As a Customer Service Import Officer, you will be responsible for handling shipments by Air and Sea (LCL, FCL, AIR). Your key responsibilities will include: - Following up with the counterpart/co-loaders on daily routing orders and updating the same to the client on a daily basis. - Preparing CAN copies and sending Cnee with arrival details. - Resolving the issues and queries of customers regarding daily routing orders. - Executing order request calls and emails. - Emailing suppliers, carriers, and customers with shipping updates. - Tracking shipments and confirming receipt and arrivals of shipments. - Ensuring customer experience by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues. - Answering and routing phone calls and handling inquiries. - Preparing daily status reports, updating DSR on a daily basis, and sending them to respective Cnee with proper updates. Qualifications: - Experience Required: 2-5 Years - Sectors: Air / Sea - Background: Logistics Only - Male/Female Preference: Any - Location: Fort, Mumbai Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in Customer support-import and Logistics. Proficiency in English is required for this role. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.,
