Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent support, and managing customer service processes. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service quality.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
  • Candidate should be minimum 12th pass.
  • Freshers may apply.
  • Previous experience in Customer Support role is a plus.
  • Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
