we're seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Champion to be the face of our brand and the voice of our users. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our customers - from savvy students to seasoned educators - have an exceptional journey with our product.

What you'll Do

-Provide white-glove support across multiple channels (chat, email, phone) with a focus on delighting users
-Become a product expert, guiding customers to unlock the full potential of our platform
-Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to shape the future of education technology
-Analyze user feedback and transform insights into actionable product improvements
-Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience

-A bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
-Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!)
-Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new tools
-A problem-solving mindset and the drive to go above and beyond for customers
