Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional 24/7 customer support on a rotational shift basis, efficiently managing client inquiries and chats.
Provide clear and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline customer onboarding, identify customer needs, and address challenges proactively.
Take ownership of customer issues, managing cases from initiation to resolution
Foster strong relationships with customers by actively seeking and incorporating their feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement customer-centric solutions and improve processes.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in SaaS customer support or banking operations.
Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and web3 concepts; practical experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with Intercom is a plus.
