Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive (Telecaller) located in Agra. The Customer Service Executive will handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will maintain accurate customer records, follow up on customer interactions, and provide excellent service to build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start-to-finish customer experience.
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of Customer Service Management practices
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.Prior knowledge or background in wellness, naturopathy, or nutrition is an added advantage.Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a customer service or telesales role.Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and call management systems.Proven ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Ability to follow approved scripts and tone guidelines while maintaining a natural, engaging, and customer-centric communication style.
