Job Description We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a Call Center. The role involves handling customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat , ensuring high levels of service and compliance. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat Log and resolve complaints within defined Turn around Time Ensure First Call Resolution.
