Job Description

We are hiring

Customer Service Executives

for a Call Center. The role involves handling

customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat

, ensuring high levels of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Log and resolve complaints within defined Turn around Time
Ensure First Call Resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments, branches, and service providers
Report unresolved or escalated issues to the Call Center Manager
Stay updated on products, services, and operational procedures
Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and customer confidentiality

Key Skills Required

Excellent spoken and written English
Proficient in email, chat support, and typing
Strong understanding of Turn around time -based complaint resolution
Multitasking and time management under pressure
Prior experience in exchange house, banking, or financial BPO
Ready to work in rotational 24x7 shifts

Job Location Shift Details:

Location: Greater Noida
Shift: Rotational 24x7
Working Days: 5 days a week with rotational offs
Transport: Both-side cab facility provided

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline
3 - 4 years of relevant experience in customer support (Voice + Non-Voice)
Familiarity with remittance/financial services will be a plus
