Job Description

The role of a Snapbot Event Executive is crucial as you will represent the brand during events. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exciting photobooth experience for attendees while also identifying potential business opportunities on the ground. Your key responsibilities will include setting up and overseeing Snapbot booths with complete technical readiness, engaging with guests to provide a seamless and interactive experience, maintaining the energy, brand voice, and visual appeal of Snapbots on-site, addressing basic technical issues such as iPad, lighting, and printing, gathering guest testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and generating interest from leads during events, sharing event reports and any potential sales leads with the Business Development team post-event, and adhering to all pre and post-event Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while handling equipment with care. It is essential for the Snapbot Event Executive to maintain a professional appearance by being well-groomed and appropriately dressed at all times. The company focuses on creating exceptional photos across various categories such as wedding photography, maternity, newborn, children & toddler photography, architecture, food, events, corporate, fashion, and portraits.,
