Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE: Customer Support executive will support the sales and marketing departments by coordinating marketing activities and assisting with customer inquiries to handle the enquiry. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Coordination: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and convert the enquiries into sales. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree with related field experience. SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Tamil language proficiency) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
