Customer Service Executive - Service Delivery & Management

Role Overview: You will be responsible for all operations and troubleshooting related to installation support and network service configuration. This operational role requires you to deliver results that directly impact the successful completion of projects as per business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure completion of configuration tasks for Enterprise/Wholesale customers with clean deployments within SLAs. - Handle change management, turnup, and migration requests. - Conduct standard testing and troubleshooting of installs/activations post Provisioning. - Validate wiring connections and schedule dispatches with field operations. - Regularly participate in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member. - Ensure all installation functions are performed in a timely manner to meet agreed SLAs/KPIs. - Perform escalation management when necessary and in case the project is in jeopardy. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in network infrastructure project management and on-field experience. Desired Skill Sets: - Understanding of Provisioning process, Telephone, Internet, Data, and Service Activation. - Knowledge in switch and router configuration.,
