We are hiring a dynamic and articulate Customer Sales & Service Executive with a pharmacy background well versed with South east Asia and Latam markets , to join our Corporate Office in Hyderabad or branch office in Mumbai. This individual will serve as a key touchpoint for customers for a particular geography in international market, ensuring clear, confident communication and timely resolution of inquiries related to pharmaceutical API, finished products, and regulatory documents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
• Track and document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
• Sound knowledge of API, processes, and regulations (QA, QC, RA)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Prior exposure to customer-facing roles in similar industry or CRM tools preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confident and articulate, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple queries with composure
• Problem-solving attitude and collaborative approach
