Problem Solve Karna – Product/service se related customer ki problem sunna aur solution dena. Information Provide Karna – Customer ko product, service, delivery, refund, offer ya policy ke baare mein information dena. Complaints Register Karna – Agar customer ka issue turant solve nahi hota to complaint register karna aur aage pass karna. Emails aur Chats ka Response Dena – Kai companies mein email ya live chat ke zariye bhi customer se baat karni hoti hai. Record Maintain Karna – Har call ya complaint ka data system mein update karna. Follow-Up Karna – Agar kisi problem ka solution time leta hai to customer ko regular update dena. Feedback Lena – Customer se service ka feedback lena aur report prepare karna. Team ke Saath Coordinate Karna – Sales, technical ya delivery team ke saath coordinate karke customer ka issue solve karna.
