Job Description: You will perform the following tasks under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager: - Identify potential customers for business with the help of Supervisor/Manager. - Collect documents from customers and validate them according to the organization's norms. - Log cases in the system following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adhere to the disbursement process. - Achieve the Sanction ratio as per the organization's requirements. - Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products, guided by Supervisor/Manager. - Assist in the empanelment of new vendors and cultivate relationships with them under the guidance of Manager/Supervisor. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations with the assistance of Manager/Supervisor. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in a similar role preferred. - Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Knowledge of Audit/RBI regulations is an advantage.,
