Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Operations Team as Customer Service Executives. This role involves proactive engagement with potential customers, lead generation, and sales support. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Present and explain products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM/database.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service or Telesales (mandatory)
• Educational Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) mandatory
• Languages Required:
• Hindi + Marathi
• Gujarati + Marathi
• Hindi + English
• Age Limit: 18 – 39 years

Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and persuasive approach
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficient in basic computer applications
