This role requires proactive engagement with potential customers, lead generation, and sales support. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities · Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. · Introduce and explain products and services in a clear and professional manner. · Generate and nurture leads to convert prospects into sales opportunities. · Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide necessary information. · Accurately document customer interactions and maintain a structured database. · Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. · Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion rates. · Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all communications. Eligibility Criteria · Eligibility : Only Male Candidates can apply · Graduation Mandatory · Age requirement: 18-32 years · Strong verbal communication skills with a professional approach. · Excellent interpersonal and persuasive abilities. · Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. · Proficiency in basic computer applications. · Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. · Willingness to work in fixed shift (2 PM - 11 AM).
