wellness brand specializing in natural aromatherapy-based skincare and haircare products. We are

expanding our digital communication team and looking for a smart, responsive, and proactive female

candidate to manage our chat process and social media interactions across platforms.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Chat Process Executive / Social Media Engagement Executive (Female) to manage real-

time customer chats, DMs, and comment replies on our official social media pages. The ideal candidate

must have good communication skills in Bengali and English, basic understanding of social media

etiquette, and the ability to respond professionally while maintaining brand tone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp

in a timely and professional manner.

• Handle product-related queries, feedback, and complaints through chat or comments.
• Maintain brand tone and voice in all written communication.
• Escalate technical or complex queries to the concerned department.
• Keep track of daily conversations and maintain chat logs or reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for feedback and content improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Only Female Candidates may apply.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in chat process, social media handling, or customer support.
• Strong written communication in Bengali and English (typing fluency required).
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and how to engage with audiences.
• Polite, patient, and professional tone while responding online.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume chat/comment flow efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or e-commerce brand communication.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram DM tools, or social media CRMs.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for daily reporting.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)
• On-site: Kolkata Office

Salary:

Competitive and based on experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
