Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US/UK markets)
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product or service information
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive customer experience on every call
Accurately document customer interactions in the system
Achieve performance goals, including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to work night shifts (US/UK timings)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
