Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service

  • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)

  • Ability to work night shifts (US/UK timings)

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
