Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US market)
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product or service information
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction
Document call details accurately in the system
Meet targets for call quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and resolution time
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)
Ability to work night shifts (US timings)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Typing skills and familiarity with basic computer systems
