  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product or service information

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction

  • Document call details accurately in the system

  • Meet targets for call quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and resolution time

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service

  • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)

  • Ability to work night shifts (US timings)

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • Typing skills and familiarity with basic computer systems
