Process: Customer Service Associate HP North America (Hewlett-Packard NA)

Location:

Job Summary

Provide customer service and technical troubleshooting support for HP systems for North America customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, guiding them through technical issues, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Eligibility Criteria

  • HSC or Graduate (any stream)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (C1 or C2 level)

Interview Rounds

  1. HR Round
  2. AMCAT
  3. Floor Operations Round

Compensation

  • CTC: Up to 28,000 INR in hand (based on profile and experience)

Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (24/7)
  • Must follow updated transport boundaries of the International Business Unit (IBU) for the Thane location
