Customer Service Executive (Female)

We are a leading casting exporter in India and current position for our corporate office at Mudalipalayam Privu, Coimbatore. Currently we are looking FEMALE candidate for a position of Customer Service Executive who can act as a single point of contact for Customer handling.

Designation : Customer Service Executive

Experience : 3 - 6 Years

Education : Any Graduation / Degree / Diploma

Job Description:

• One point Customer Handling
• Follow System and complete the Tasks on time
• Enter, Analise and review the flow of parts (from Development, Customer PO to Dispatch)
• Issue PO or Requirement to Suppliers or internally
• Follow with Purchase team to ensure availability of parts (Castings) for dispatch.
• Update Customers for their queries and Status of the Orders.
• Update the necessary records on time the datas such as POs, Invoices, Warehouse releases etc.,
• Do Warehouse releases to Customers
• Prepare Shipping documents to Customer

Skills & Traits:

• English Communication (Written & Oral)
• Customer and Supplier Focus
• Technical knowledge (Basic Foundry and Machine Shop)
• Computer Knowledge (MS outlook, MS office, PPT)
• Systematic, Trust, Confident, Flexible, Enthusiastic, Aggressive, Being organized, Team Player, Continuous improvement, Timeliness and Involvement.
