Customer Service Executive (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and at least one year of experience in handling customer queries through calls, emails, or chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and query resolution.
• Provide product/service information and assist customers in understanding our offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Telecalling / Client Service.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (or local language).
• Strong problem-solving attitude and patience in handling customer concerns.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Any graduate / diploma holder (Freshers with strong communication may also apply).

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates with experience in telecalling, helpdesk, or customer relationship management.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
