Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound client calls, addressing inquiries and providing information on properties. Follow up on leads generated through social media platforms. Schedule property viewings and coordinate with clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory. Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
