Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications effectively to manage tasks.
• Maintain phone etiquette while ensuring clear communication with clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client services.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
